The NELCO Companies Section 125 Cafeteria Plan offers clients and
employees choice and value. The Cafeteria Plan features pre-tax
deductions of certain health premiums, health and dependent care
flexible spending accounts, and professional
administration. Each
employee has the opportunity to choose benefits that best meet their
personal and family needs.
Flexible Spending Accounts
The
NELCO Companies offers both health and dependent care Flexible
Spending Accounts. Money is deducted on a pre-tax basis and deposited
in an account that can later be used to receive reimbursement for
certain medical and dependent care expenses.
Dental
Care
The
NELCO Companies also offers multiple dental plan choices through
Aetna, with a variety of benefit levels.
Voluntary Benefits
NELCO
offers a variety of voluntary benefits, including Universal Life,
