NELCO is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) dedicated to assisting our clients and their employees. Together with your company, we enter into a co-employment relationship whereby we both have a relationship with your employees.
NELCO becomes the administrative employer while you remain the supervising employer. As the administrative employer, we handle payroll administration, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, state and federal unemployment insurance, employee benefits and human resources.
As the supervising employer, you continue to control the daily operations of your business - including employee hiring, terminations and core business functions.
